The roof tent comes by freight forwarder and is fully assembled. Only the ladder and two roof rack rails are mounted with a few screws. The cover is attached to the piping strip. We supply everything you need: tools, ladder, mattress - everything is included. Since we deliver by freight forwarder, it is absolutely necessary to provide a telephone number in order to be able to arrange the final delivery date with you.

A frequent question is what to do with the roof tent when it is not needed.
We have various solutions ready: The roof tents have a very small pack size and therefore fit in "every" corner of your garage or in the basement!

The assembly is quite simple. You need a basic carrier on your car. The roof tent is placed on this and mounted using brackets (included in the delivery). We also offer comfortable cranes that can be easily stowed away and allow you to do the assembly yourself. Otherwise we recommend assembly with at least two people.

Our roof tent comes to you freshly impregnated. It is important that the roof tent is not packed wet WITHOUT drying it again shortly afterwards. You can treat the roof tent with impregnation spray if you feel that the impregnation is wearing off. But it will take a few vacation days before it becomes necessary :-)

In the best case, everything is rock solid and lasts a decent camper life. But if you really need spare parts, contact our support directly. We will then discuss directly with you what is required and take care of a solution.

As a rule, the roof tents leave the warehouse within 2 days. Accessories and spare parts actually leave us every day.

Since roof tents are quite bulky, we recommend at least two people to assemble them. But we also offer a comfortable, foldable crane. This is no longer a problem at all!

We supply you with several things to match the tent: tools and assembly kit, shoe bag, stable ladder, flexible window clamps, mattress, mosquito net and blackout window, inner pockets and a black PVC cover

The distance between the floor rails, which connect the tent floor to the roof rack, is 81 cm. Only on the Sky is it 61 cm.

The shipping costs are regularly adjusted by us. We work with several different logisticians to always be able to offer you the best price. The shipping costs are calculated during the payment process and displayed to you transparently. We have to do it this way because the costs depend on your place of residence or place of delivery.

You are, of course, entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. The cancellation period is 14 days.

You will receive the information and the return label for the shipping company from us.

Please make sure to return the roof tent in the original packaging. This should be sent back upright and firmly strapped on a pallet.

Please note that roof tent returns are subject to a fee:

After we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase price minus the flat-rate shipping fee for the shipping costs incurred using the original method of payment.
