All our roof tents are developed by campers (by us :-)) and tested under real conditions by various storm-tested campers. This gives you a reliable product that we stand behind.
The tent fabric of our roof tents consists of a very high quality, waterproof 420D Oxford blended fabric, which is also known as canvas. This fabric is a work of art made of cotton and polyester and combines the advantages of a natural fiber with those of a modern high-tech material. The result is a strong, breathable fabric that retains its shape well

Rooftop tents from OutdoorU impress with their particularly simple and time-saving assembly, which you can even do alone. This is partly due to the light yet stable aluminum frame.
Specifically, we use anodized aluminum combined with special stainless steel components. This modern surface refinement offers high protection against corrosion and convinces with a pleasant feel.
Our rooftop tents are the comfortable answer to ground tents and the "adventurous" answer to camper vans. They are spacious accommodation for up to 4 people with all sorts of storage space inside and out, an extendable awning and a romantic view.

In the case of tent fabrics, the tightness of the fabric is specified as a water column. Our tent fabric has a very high water column of 3000 mm and that is quite sufficient, because this means that theoretically more than 300 cm or 3 m of water can stand on the material before the first drops penetrate.

There are windows on all sides: mosquito nets protect against uninvited guests and the blackout windows also make it really dark.
Compact design
Very stable base plate - one side is mounted directly on the roof rack - the other is floating. Nothing wobbles there.
ventilation and windows
All windows can be fully darkened and protected with an additional mosquito net! In addition, there is an extra ventilation for the upper roof.
